A Dozen Doubles features tunes written by Turlough O’Carolan for eleven of his patrons and friends (Bridget Cruise, George Brabazon, Mrs. Delaney, William Eccles, Mrs. Fallon, Miss McDermott, Kitty Magenis, Charles O’Conor, Mrs. O’Neill, Eleanor Plunket and Fanny Power) plus his popular Carolan’s Draught arranged by Thom Dutton for double-strung harp.
