Vanilla Jazz

From Frank Voltz: "I love ice cream. When I teach workshops, I often mention the "ice cream cone position," that is, a four-note chord with each note sitting on top of the other - like scoops of ice cream (place each finger on every other string). I was inspired to compose a piece that incorporates lots of "ice cream cone positions." And while I was at it, I added two jazz harp techniques: slap bass and touch damp. This piece is in the key of F with no lever or pedal changes. This one is a croud-pleaser and totally outside the box!"
